To your approval, permitted Mr. James Parker, First Clerk at the Magistracy, to retire from service on the annual pension of Six hundred and thirty-four dollars and sixty-six cents, being 17/60ths of his total emoluments.
Mr. Parker has been in failing health for some time, finds himself quite incapable of continuing his duties.
I enclose the usual Particulars, together with copies of Mr. Parker's application, the Magistrates' recommendation, and two medical certificates.
